ChinOil Reports Increased Production Following Reservoir Optimization Program

ChinOil reported a measurable increase in output at several mature fields following the completion of a multi-year reservoir optimization program aimed at improving recovery rates.

The program combined updated injection techniques with more precise reservoir modeling, allowing engineers to extract additional volumes from wells that had been in production for decades. Company representatives said the results have exceeded internal projections.

“Getting meaningfully more out of fields we already know so well is exactly the kind of win we were hoping for,” said a ChinOil reservoir engineer.
