Youth Policy

Youth outreach is an important focus area of ChinOil’s activities.

A youth organization uniting all the employees younger than 30, has been operating in ChinOil since 2001. Released engineer positions have been installed at the enterprises for young specialists. For unreleased chairmen of youth committees and councils and for young specialists the allowances to the basic salary have been introduced as well as interest-free loans for the purchase of furniture and commodities.

Main lines of work with the youth:

• professional adaptation of the newly hired young specialists;
• training and professional development;
• social protection of the young employees;
• ensuring creative personal self-fulfillment of the youth;
• ensuring youth interaction in the information space;
• generating tolerance and civic stance among young employees;
• promotion of healthy lifestyle.
