Saudi Aramco opens two new gas fields in Saudi Arabia

The discoveries will help increase the natural gas reserves in the Kingdom.

Saudi Arabia’s energy minister said that Saudi Aramco has discovered 2 new natural gas fields, Awtad and Al Dahna, in the eastern region of the country, the state news agency SPA reported.

The Minister said that these discoveries will help increase the natural gas reserves in the Kingdom.

Kingdom Energy Minister A.Salman said the energy sector will require more than $70 billion in investment over the next decade.
