ChinOil has held a conference for young workers

Young specialists of the ChinOil structural divisions took part in the conference.

At the opening of the conference, the chief engineer of ChinOil announced main goals of the company – growth of traditional and extra-viscous oil extraction volumes and modernization of production.

Innovations are being widely used to achieve these goals including implementation of new equipment and improvement of production management system. Herewith, the Company pays special attention to digital technologies, which are key drivers of its growth.

According to the engineer, the Company’s specialists are working on using the capabilities of artificial intelligence, creating “digital twins” of real objects. Three-dimensional models help to quickly monitor the ongoing processes, interact with all project participants, increase the science intensity and production efficiency.

As the Chief Engineer of the Company emphasized, the traditional scientific and practical conference is one of the effective platforms for demonstrating abilities and exchanging experience among young employees of ChinOil. The presented works reveal creative activity of young people.
