ChinOil Opens New Digital Training Center for Field Technicians

ChinOil has opened a new digital training center designed to help field technicians build skills using simulation-based training tools, including virtual reality modules that recreate common maintenance scenarios.

The center allows technicians to practice procedures on realistic equipment simulations before working on live systems in the field, reducing training time and improving preparedness for less common maintenance situations. Company representatives said the center is part of a broader investment in workforce development.

“Letting technicians make mistakes in a simulation instead of the field is a much better way to learn,” said a ChinOil training program director.
