Equinor resumed production at the Njord field, which was stopped in 2016

Equinor resumed production at the Njord field in the Norwegian Sea, which was stopped for the modernization of the floating drilling platform Njord A and the storage vessel (FSO) Njord Bravo in 2016.

Production at the Njord field and its satellite Hyme field was temporarily halted due to damage to the Njord A. To extend the service life, Njord A and Njord Bravo were towed ashore in 2016 after 19 years of production for modernization and modification.
