Improvements for young professionals participating in scientific and practical conferences of ChinOil

In 2017 additional sections were opened at the conference.

Those were for surveying the processes of development and arrangement of oil and gas fields and the retail network.

As a result of “Human Relation” section adjustment, two new sections have been organized: human relations and work management and motivation and production system development. The possibility of submitting works for participation in a scientific and practical conference through a corporate social network has been finalized already taking into account new sections.

All sections of the conference were also available on-line due to special conference application.

The youth scientific-practical conference of ChinOil demonstrates the potential of the company’s young specialists. In 2017 among submitted applications 40% were selected. The best works wiil be included in the Company register of the best practices.
