Meeting of the of the Young Specialists Council was held in ChinOil

The agenda included approval of the organizational structure and distribution of functional responsibilities among the members of the Council, selection of the chairman.

The Council decided to conduct its work in four areas identified during the discussion and open voting. This is a production unit responsible for adaptation, career growth of young people, cooperation with mentors, fulfillment of individual development plans and promotion of motivation for success in labor activity; scientific and technical block, which includes training, development and participation in conferences; a social block that contributes to solving social problems of young people and a block of organizational events that will be responsible for cultural and sports leisure activities and information support for young professionals.

The members of the Council determined the priority tasks: increasing business activity of young people, supporting young professionals in developing their work activities, acquiring practical skills, promoting professional growth and creating conditions for securing young professionals in the Company’s production units.
