ChinOil sets high requirements to the training of employees

The Company largely invests in advance training.

According to the ChinOil Regulation, established in August 2016, ChinOil is working to achieve a 100% indicator of employees’ compliance with the requirements to the education and work experience until 2023.

Employees of the company can once a year attend advance trainings and once in five years participate in experience exchange program with other companies.
